Olivia Michel: a strategic vision for Chabé’s hospitality division

For more than a century, Chabé has supported hotel establishments in orchestrating their mobility, extending the hotel service experience far beyond the walls of the property. This historic expertise is now structured around the Hospitality sector, led by Olivia MICHEL, Director of Hospitality.

Coming from major players in the sector, Olivia MICHEL joined Chabé with the ambition of combining operational excellence, a strong human dimension and international development. What convinced her was the Group’s ability to bring together heritage, modernity and proximity, while maintaining a strong culture of service.

At the heart of her vision are three key expectations expressed by hotel partners: flawless operational excellence, constant responsiveness and total flexibility.
For Chabé, each journey is an extension, or even the first impression, of the experience lived by the guest within the property. The same level of excellence must therefore apply.

Structured around close collaboration between Olivia MICHEL and Aurélie VAUX, the Hospitality Department relies on strong ties with operational teams and the Group’s offices, in France and internationally.
The objective is to guarantee a consistent level of service across the 7 countries where Chabé operates, while adapting services to local specificities, such as in Dubai, where usage more often favours full-day hire with a dedicated chauffeur.

In the longer term, the ambition is clear: to continue raising standards of excellence, enrich the offering with new services, and expand the scope of hospitality beyond hotels to trains, cruises, residences and villas.

This global and bespoke approach, true to Chabé’s DNA, positions the Hospitality Department as a key player in mobility serving hospitality, today and tomorrow.
